🎂 Today marks 10 years since I started my own consulting business!
I made a brief review of achievements over this time — please take a look below if you’re interested.
This decade has overlapped with the first 9 years of my daughter’s life and I’ve been very privileged to be around for her for most of that time. I’m so grateful to the clients and collaborators who made this possible for me, and I know many parents don’t have the same opportunity.
Collaboration has been a big part of my work and I want to call out a couple of special ones.
In the early days, I was an advisor to Figure NZ and had an opportunity to work with some talented people on exciting projects. They also let me hang out in their office for years afterwards so I didn’t get too lonely.
Over the past five years, I’ve done some very interesting and rewarding evaluation projects with the good people at Dovetail Consulting. Everyone in the Dovetail team and its wider network of collaborators is a delight to work with and I have learned so much from them.
