Impact valuation factors for CBA and SROI
To use cost-benefit analysis (CBA) or social return on investment (SROI) to evaluate a social intervention, estimates of the monetary value of impacts of the intervention are needed. The CBAx tool published by the NZ Treasury includes a database of impact valuations that can be used for this purpose.
